Who we are
Welcome to Home Vault Venture Incorporated, a visionary platform founded by Carolina Mendez-Fernandez, an inspiring Dominican-American entrepreneur born and raised in the Dominican Republic and a vibrant life in New York City.
Carolina’s journey is a statement to resilience and determination. From the age of 17, she immerse herself working in different fields, gaining invaluable experience as an Administrative Assistant, Demographic Analyst, Real Estate Salesperson, Accountant Main Office of her family Supermarkets Network, Real Estate Consulting, Foreman Assistant for Skyscraper Construction Superstructure Field, Wholesaler Consultant, and Stock Market Investment.
With a solid educational foundation in Electrical Engineering Basics from UTESA in Santiago D. R.), and degrees in Business Administration, Management and Economics from CUNY’s Borough of Manhattan Community College and City College of New York, Carolina has dedicated over a decade to balancing her career and education while raising her children as a single mother.
Her passion for empowering future generations ignited when she recognised the pressing housing challenges faced by young adults. This perception led her to create a groundbreaking concept: A private Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) fund specifically designed to help individuals save for their own homeownership. This innovative approach fosters accessibility, security, and sustainable financial growth, guiding clients on their journey towards owning their dream homes.
